Our experience with Lodgis was great. We did wonder, however, what justified the high rate of agency fees (more than 400 euros if memory is accurate). We would have expected more service for that much money, perhaps the agency acting as receiver for the payment of the rent and damage deposit would have been very useful

C'est la 3ème fois que nous faisons appel à Lodgis ,pour des locations d'appartements à New York et Paris,et probablement pas la dernière !Pas de problème.

Contact with the Agency was good - I was intimidated about the whole 'renting' process, but would certainly do it again, and with Lodgis.
