Très bonne relation

Excellent but when I was first making the reservation I was asked to complete something by the end of business on a Friday, but due to the time difference (I was in Australia when I booked) I was unable to do so. It wasn't a problem, but more notice would have been appreciated.

The agent we worked with was professional and prompt. We were lucky to find such a great apartment in an area that is convenient for both of us. We are conveniently located to get to school relatively quickly.

Contact with agency on this and previous apartments that I rented from you have been good.The only caveat I would make is that when I expressed interest over the internet in other apartments before I rented this one you sometimes did not respond.

The agency is very good. It was slow to get contact and information about apartments while I was still looking for a place. Since I signed the lease, the contact has been very good. It was very helpful to have English speaking agents. I have always had replies to my emails quite quickly.
