Excellent agency. I learned about Lodgis through friends who use them every year so I was very comfortable contacting them. They were prompt to reply and helped me find a summer apartment that was perfect for myself and my husband. I have been recommending them to everyone I talk to.

Réponse rapide, et le contrat de logement réglé rapidement vu l'urgence que j'ai eu à trouver un logement (recherche faite le vendredi, contact avec le propriétaire faite le lendemain). Cependant des soucis de clarté vis-à-vis du paiement de l'acompte dans les mails précédent la facture finale.

I would like to thank Ms, Hirano. She helped me a lot. Her response was always quick and helpful. I just would like to mention another staff was irresponsible and sent no response to my questions. However, I asked Mr. Hirano and she helped me. Without her help, I couldn't reach to the contract of the apartment. Thank you very much, Hirano-san!!

I live halfway around the globe from France, I know little about Paris so I revised my apartment search several times, but the Lodgis consultant always patiently assisted until I found the perfect one. Even after the contract is finalised, she still went extra miles to help with the rental details.

The communication with the lettings consultant (Ms. Haack) was very professional, efficient and helpful. I was loosing hope in finding an apartment at a short notice, but Ms. Haack, on the exact day that I informed her of the studio that I was interested in, immediately offered to set an appointment with the landlord. I am very grateful. Overall, I had a smooth experience with Lodgis agency, thank you.

Communication was very slow at first. Only after I called did any progress happen. Once an apartment was secured, the process was much better and efficient.

Suivi permanent avec beaucoup de sérieux et professionnalisme. Seul bémol, les agents sont injoignables par téléphone et les appels Skype sont toujours occupés.

Un poco lenta la comunicación en un principio, después perfecto. El ejecutivo de reservas que nos atendió, Julien, gestionó muy bien nuestra solicitud y fue muy atento ante nuestros requerimientos y preguntas.

Azita fue muy buena host!, siempre contestó a todos mis mails con la mayor rapidez posible y de una manera muy amable. Definitivamente recomendaría este apartamento. Muy buena zona, céntrica y cerca de todo lo que se puede necesitar.

Very timely responses from the agent. Helped set up our lease with speed and ease. Some challenges with the language barrier, but overall good communication. Very easy to get connected with a landlord to rent an apartment before stepping foot in France!
