I have worked with Akemi many times before. She is both professional and respectful to her customers. I think Lodgis is a great company and would highly recommend it to other people.

In this particular case, as the apartment is managed by the agency, it was very quick to obtain answer and do all reservation formalities quickly (not always possible).
