Great agency, everything with the apartment was just as advetised and their advices about adquiring home insurance before arrival etc, where super helpful. Profesional service, lots of informative e-mails and even phonecalls to our homecountry to assure that everything was clear and in order.

in realtà dopo un primo contatto per un appartamento risultato poi non disponibile mi sono stati proposti altri appartamenti compreso quello non disponibile e ne ho suggerito poi uno io che è quello utilizzato che poi è risultato ottimo

without any troubles, very smooth...

This is the first time I have used Lodgis. I was impressed with the speed and ease at booking through them. No printing off contracts and faxing back. Everything was done online making it very easy for me, particularly as I was travelling when I made the booking with no access to printers or scanners! I will use them again when looking for an apartment.

Die Agentur handelt professionell und zeitnah. Konkretere Hinweise zur Versicherung der Wohnung auch in deutscher Sprache sind allerdings wünschenswert.

Our contact with the agency upon renting the apartment initially was excellent, very helpful and complete.

Responses to questions sent via email to Mme. Iryna Bonnefoy at the agency were prompt and informative. The rental process went smoothly and we considered the agency fees reasonable in comparison to those charged by other Paris rental agencies that we have used in the past. We would definitely use Lodgis for future vacation rentals in Paris.

La agencia me parece muy \"profesional\". Está todo muy organizado, todo metódico y transparente. Nos atendió Cecilia en español y aclaró todas nuestras dudas de forma clara. Lo único que eché en falta fue que se involucraran un poco más a la hora de entrar en contacto con el propietario, ya que si éste no habla tu idioma, como fue en mi caso, dificulta un poco la relación.
