Lodgis was fantastic. They were available, easy to deal with, and helped to put pressure on the landlord to finally get around to transferring the deposit back after nine months of waiting. They were kind, understanding, and only a skype-call or quick email away. I've used them before and I'll certainly use them again.

It was the first time we had used this style of accommodation & Lodgis had been recommended to us by friends. We found them easy to deal with. Their instructions were clear & easy to follow & the apartment was as represented on their listing & we would be happy to stay there again.

Given the time difference with France, Lodgis got back to me quickly to respond to my questions. I was a bit disappointed that the Skype listed on their web site did not work - but as it turned out, I didn't need it. I've already recommended this agency to several people. Fees are reasonable & they help you understand the process of renting an apartment in Paris.

日本人にわかりにくいフランスの住宅保険や銀行振込の際の名義人記載法についてよくわからなったので質問しましたが、事情に通暁した日本人スタッフに丁寧に説明いただきました。やはり日本語だとかゆいところまで手が届く感じです。スタッフの対応に限れば評価５です。なお、ロジスのサイトは、サービス慣れした日本人からみるとやや改善が要るかもしれません。成約後の家主とのやり取りでは、語学ができない方には大変な面もあるかもしれません。フランスのアパートに住む場合必須とされる住宅保険には、物件からのリンクで本当に簡単に入れるので、この点はよくできていると感じました。
