Contact with the Agency was good - I was intimidated about the whole 'renting' process, but would certainly do it again, and with Lodgis.

bien

OK in the end. Somewhat frustrating that a number of properties on the web-site turned out to be unavailable. Alexandre was helpful.

Entendemos que ha sido más que correcta.

good email contact

Fine, except had some availability issues with other apartments.

Facilement rejoingnable, répond bien aux questions. Les frais d'agence sont toutefois élevés.

we were provided with useful information in a timely manner

Generally responded quickly and courteously.

The agency was prompt and helpful, and was able to give me (in good English) all information I asked for. The leasing process was a little complicated for a three day rental, but as other rentals last a lot longer, I assume a detailed rental process is necessary. Good website too, with more online functions than we saw on other Paris rental sites.

Everything went as smoothly as such things should. No problems. Many choices, web site is fully informative.

Top-notch.

Viele verschiedene Ansprechpartner. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zuverlässige Bearbeitung.

good contacts

I felt pressured to sign the leases on both occasions that I rented without having much time to decide. Having said that, I have recommended Lodgis to my company and several friends

Lodgis provided me with all I need to complete my transaction. Did not miss anything.

Very responsive to emails and questions

The employee answer fast to ours questions and give us good alternative in case that we need to choose another appartment.

Contact with the agency was very professional and prompt. We felt secure booking our apartment with the agent we used.

Tres bien

efficace

Information was provided quickly in most cases, and the agents were polite.

ba normale rien a dire ni bien ni mal

Helpful.

Pretty Good, Miss Sandrine Valerio provided an excellent service getting the apartment and putting me in contact with the landlord even when I had dificulties transfering the initial payment.

Como siempre, atentos y cordiales

Buone l’assistenza e la celerità nelle risposte.

Agent immo agréable (yun-hsia pan)

Sempre que solicitei informações fui prontamente atendida e as dúvidas esclarecidas.

Traitement rapide du contrat. Frais d'agence tout de même élevés.

Très bonne relation

The agent we worked with was professional and prompt. We were lucky to find such a great apartment in an area that is convenient for both of us. We are conveniently located to get to school relatively quickly.
