The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The landlord was very helpful and even left a basket of toys and books for our children to play with during our stay. There is a park just across the street. My only complaint is that the apartment is a little dark because it is not on the street. However for this reason it is quieter.
Very quick and professional. Expensive, but it's a great way to find an apartement in Paris.

The agency was very efficient and clear about procedures. No problems whatsoever. I might also mention that Lodgis website is much superior to the other apartment-searching sites. It provides ample and really good photos, and (virtually unique among the sites) a floor plan is provided.
