Merci

The agents are fairly attentive. Nobody seems to want to talk to you until a lease would be signed in a week or two. It's hard to get their attention when you're in another country. Someone responds but they don't follow through. They just want you to sign a lease right away. But once you decide on a place it's pretty straightforward. I have yet to do the walk-through inspection with a bailiff [That should be interesting!] I also haven't inspected the place myself yet so I hope it's what I can imagine from the pictures. I think my discomfort with this process so far is nothing unusual. There are a lot of different expectations from country to country. I think this agency and others like it [online] are a little easier to deal with than the regular agency shops you see on the street. One thing that is really annoying is that the customer assumes that what is displayed online is in fact, available but that is not the case about 50% of the time.

Good

Marianna has been absolutely incredible - the best agent I’ve worked with.

Very good compagnie, simplest way to find appartement in Paris for French and for foreign people. Olha Polishchuk

Marianne Le Corre did an amazing job. Unfortunately, Manuella Faletta just stopped contacting me at one point; I didn't receive any answers from her anymore.

Fast - quick responses Answers to your need and book for you what you need Thanks to all the services and your way of enduring our turns and up minds

Very nice and quick work with clients.

Walquiria a été toujours fantastique

I have been very happy with Lodgis! The only minus is because I had sent all my documents because I wanted to rent an apartment, and all of a sudden it was not available anymore.

Really fast response time and great advice from the initial contacts (counsellors)! If I were to suggest improvements it would be more quality control measures put in place for the apartments themselves. Over all the contact is better than other agencies.

Very good experience!

Great service all the time

Contacts rapides et cordiaux. Agence efficace.

Thank you very much for your quick help to find an apartment for me! I highly value your professional assistance.

Clear website and easy online system to sign a rental contract

ok

Great service!

good

Agence efficace, cordiale et rapide

Very smooth process. Would recommend for short term rentals.

Clothilde was very helpful and reply fast.

Could be better.

I would request for consultants to reply and get back to us faster

Everything went really smooth and thank you so much for being patient and helpful.

Everything ok.

I love this agency! best in Paris! I will recommend this place to everyone!

As discussed with Agency, I will pay all the amounts before 1st of September.

Manuela est magnifique, merci vraiment à l équipe lodgis qui m’ Vraiment aidée encore merci

This is the second time that I use Lodgis in Paris. I really like the quick and professional feedback from Lodgis as well as the digital solutions for the contract process etc.
