Très bonne relation et ponctualité.

Akemi Hirano suit mon dossier et est très réactive. C'est appréciable. En ce qui concerne les montants, surtout celui pour le ménage en fin de location (200€ pour 18 m²), je les trouve très élevé. Je prévois de faire le ménage moi-même, et comme il est dit dans le contrat, j'espère récupérer le surplus à la fin du contrat. Sinon très bon relationnel avec mon interlocutrice.

Не хватило только одного, но очень важного: Сайт предлагает автоматический перевод с французского языка на язык арендатора (в нашем случае - на русский) всей документации на квартиру (контракт, условия и правила проживания). Однако! Перевод производится некорректно, а именно - самые важные пункты об обязанностях арендатора, расчетах и финансовой ответственности либо не переводятся вообще, либо переведены на английский язык. Предлагаем откорректировать соответствующую компьютерную программу.

The agents are fairly attentive. Nobody seems to want to talk to you until a lease would be signed in a week or two. It's hard to get their attention when you're in another country. Someone responds but they don't follow through. They just want you to sign a lease right away. But once you decide on a place it's pretty straightforward. I have yet to do the walk-through inspection with a bailiff [That should be interesting!] I also haven't inspected the place myself yet so I hope it's what I can imagine from the pictures. I think my discomfort with this process so far is nothing unusual. There are a lot of different expectations from country to country. I think this agency and others like it [online] are a little easier to deal with than the regular agency shops you see on the street. One thing that is really annoying is that the customer assumes that what is displayed online is in fact, available but that is not the case about 50% of the time.

Mais j'ai demandé des photos supplémentaires du séjour puisqu'il n'y avait pas sur l'annonce, je voulais savoir comment est la fenêtre du séjour, où sont la table à manger, l'etagère, le placard, et les 4 chaise(s). J'ai également appelé l'agence mais personne n'a répondu.

My experience with Lodgis has been really good. Robin Meleiro answered all my questions and was really helpful throughout the entire process.

I have been very happy with Lodgis! The only minus is because I had sent all my documents because I wanted to rent an apartment, and all of a sudden it was not available anymore.

Really fast response time and great advice from the initial contacts (counsellors)! If I were to suggest improvements it would be more quality control measures put in place for the apartments themselves. Over all the contact is better than other agencies.
