Yes and no answers to last questions were useless. " would you recommend apartment?" answer is both yes and no. It was cheap and well located , but it was too dirty to fully endorse.

Contact with the agency was via e-mail, simple and quick. If needed (wasn't the case for us) they can be contacted either by phone or directly at their office (convenient location in central Paris).
