Contact was great, but my advisor seemed to miss a lot of things that I was asking about. He did keep me informed during the process, but I had to ask many times before he finally reassured us that all the documents were in order and that he was just waiting for the landlord's response. There was a lot of miscommunication when it came to documents, the link seemed not to work because my advisor did not receive some of the documents I sent. Even though it was hard, I would use Lodgis again (this is my second time renting through them) and I would recommend it. The apartments are great and landlords reliable.

Started off slow, however, Manuela really did assist me greatly and managed to do everything amazingly.

This is the second time I've used Lodgis after amazing customer service from my first encounter. Walquiria (the agent) as always, delivered a world class service in a simplistic and approachable manner.

The communication sometimes was not efficient. Sometimes I could not get a reply in days, and when I called the agency, I was told that I could speak only with my agent. But sometimes the agent was not present, or didn't reply and for that reason I lost 2 apartments ( I confirmed but the agent took to long to confirm back, and the apartment was given to someone else). Also, I wanted to come to the agency and speak directly with the agent so that everything could be done in person. I was told it was useless because everything could be done remotely but as I said the communication was not effieicnt. Also, I asked to see/have information about several apartments but I got to see only 2. On the positive side, the agent has been always polite and nice when she was talking to me.

Mostly good. There was some confusion when i confirmed i would like to rent the apartment, they did not seem to understand and i sent re-confirmation again the next day. Agent was also missing the key to the inside of the building upon showing.

Señores Lodgis, hasta el momento la interacción con la inmobiliaria ha sido a través de Robin, quien ha sido muy profesional. Espero este nivel de comunicación se mantenga especialmente si se presentan inconvenientes cuando lleguemos al apto. Esto lo menciono porque he encontrado en los comentarios de algunos de sus clientes aspectos negativos como: limpieza deficiente, servicios no activos como la luz, sin agua caliente, ascensor dañado y varios mencionaron que el deposito reembolsable no fue devuelto por el propietario del apto sin ninguna justificación. Se que estos comentarios no son la mayoría y por el contrario hay muchos mas buenos comentarios; sin embargo, me preocupa que esto me pueda suceder. Por esto solo les pido por favor, que la buena comunicación que hasta el momento he tenido con Robin se mantenga a lo largo de mi estadía en el apartamento. Muchas gracias!
