Super efficient!

Lodgis is great. Sarah is a professional and a very nice person. Before, during, and after our stay she was always available and extremely helpful. She made the process which was a first time for us....(short term renting for a holiday)....very comfortable and easy. It was nice knowing we had them as a back up if anything went wrong with the rental. Because of this experience we doubt we will ever use a hotel again when travelling.

Very good and fast service, even in the last minute

All the necessary explanations and assistance necessary were provided. I write in English here as it seems that might be best? I did communicate with lodges and landlady in French, however. An aside: a horrible experience with another planned rental via owner who said we should side- step Lodgis, and then double -booked her place leaving us with nowhere to stay (a man charged with helping her who DID return our deposit says she does this often.....) leads me to say, ALWAYS use Lodgis. The fees and reliability are worth it!!!
