Bon service

Très bon service client

Rapide et efficace

Bien

Reallly good

I just had a problem in signing the contract from abroad. In the end they were really helpful.

Overall positive

Great in general, but sometimes takes long time to respond. But all in all, I like!

Good experience overall. The listings are great; website is designed user-friendly; the agents are responsive. However, the communication can be improved a little bit as I am speaking with 4 agents at least through out the process...

Bon suivi de dossier

An overall pleasant experience!

Quick response to enquiries.

Tres bien

I think the process went pretty fast in the end with quick communication between agency and me, but to get answers sometimes has taken very long time.

Good apartments

The apartment I have found really suits all my requirements.

je suis telment content.

Bonne communication, rapidité d'execution

Deuxième fois et ça été très bien

great service

Très bon accueil et rapidité de Manuella

The process was smooth and there are as many details as you may concern. I haven't be there, thus cannot judge the accuracy. However, still feel grateful to find an apartment. Thanks.

It's quite easy to rent a room in Paris via lodgis compared to other methods which are really hard to rent a room.

Easy and straight forward

The communication with lodgis was reasonnably quick and effective and allowed us to rapidly find an accomodation !

Efficiency, helpful and nice.

I took a procedure to pay by my credit card. It would be happy for me to visit your office tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, after the credit card becomes available.

I really liked working with the agency.

Julien was very helpful thanks Julien!

Cordialement

Good service and good help in a short period of time

kind and helpful agents

Thank you Walquiria BRANDAO BRAULT for helping me! - Paula

Thanks

Very good communication!

Merci!

Très bonne réactivité

On average they offered good service. But to contact them I should sent the booking form several time. Anyway I recommend it !

Efficace
