Very friendly, quick and reliable communication. The only thing that could be improved is one should be informed whether there are other people interested in the apartment as well, in order to be able to react more quickly. Marianna Le Corre was very kind and she did more than she had to do.

(i) Suite à un oubli de la personne en charge de notre dossier (+ manque de communication entre l'agence et le propriétaire), nous avons dû emménager 4 jours plus tard que prévu. (ii) Nous avons cependant payé les 4 jours pour le premier mois (cette somme doit être déduite du loyer du mois suivant, mais nous aurions préféré qu'elle le soit dès le premier mois). (iii) La communication par mail a été assez compliquée : il était difficile d'obtenir des réponses à l'ensemble de nos questions. De plus, nous sommes deux colocataires : il aurait été appréciable de nous envoyer tous les mails à toutes les deux systématiquement. En outre, nous avons reçu à plusieurs reprises des mails contradictoires (nous demandant de payer des sommes déjà payées, ou des sommes ne correspondant pas à ce que nous devions payer). (iv) Une semaine après avoir emménagé, nous n'avions toujours pas reçu l'avenant de notre bail. (v) Finalement, les frais d'agence nous ont paru excessivement élevés par rapport aux prestations assez réduites qui ont été fournies (rédaction du bail + constitution du dossier).

Walquiria was a great agent - helping me find and navigate renting the apartment. Once I found a place and the landlady had agreed, I would have liked having a clearer overview of what I needed at the end. Even just an overview sheet with what I needed to provide, to save the back and forth on documents. Otherwise, Walquiria was a huge help!

Cannot be more grateful for how quickly you were able to arrange and confirm the apartment- you were very prompt and flexible.

The LODGIS crew is one of the best around. We talked with 4 other agencies before them and LODGIS is the most professional and client oriented. Their agents are highly trained, extremely helpful and friendly. Just sometimes we noticed a delay in their responses.

I am very pleased with my interaction with your agency and in particular Madame Bonnefoy. She was very responsive in answering my questions and responding in a timely and efficient manner. Perhaps the only suggestion I have is that you clarify the purpose of the French insurance at the start of the communication and indicate that this form will be completed after the booking has been confirmed.

This agency offers the LOWEST (significant!) agency fee at least from my experience with several.The agency website provides sufficient information.The consultant,Walquiria BRANDAO BRAULT, was so helpful and efficient.She provided very timely information and feedback. It was so quick and smooth to complete the contract for me. I'm looking forward to a pleasant stay in Paris! :-)
