Selling my flat with Lodgis was a very easy process despite the fact that I'm living abroad and had very few opportunities to come back to France to complete the administration. The team is managing very well the relation with landlords via email and telephone. Additionally they were very supportive making some of the administration on my behalf ( diagnostics , collecting syndic documents ... ) saving me expensive trips back to Paris .

Madame Lombardi très professionnelle et compétente !! Bravo Lodgis!!!

Excellent service. Interlocuteurs trés aimables. Bon suivi de la location.

EXCELLENT

bonne intervention de LODGIS

We initially approached Lodgis to help us with renting our studio in Paris. We were very impressed by the professionalism and competence of the agency's staff on the rental side of the operation. A year later we decided to sell the studio and contacted Mr Ramsbott of the Sales Department. In spite of the fact that ours was a small studio, we found him attentive, knowledgeable and passionate in his field and punctual, together with his equally competent Ms Lombardi, they found a cash buyer for our apartment in a short period of time and the studio was sold in a short time and the little niggles along the way were dealt with satisfactorily. My husband and I have bought and sold several properties in England but have NEVER been so expertly served by any estate agents there. It is encouraging to meet professionals who are proud of what they do and perform to a high standard.  We will happily recommend Lodgis to our family and friends.

Lodgis was professional from start to finish. They did everything they promised to do and sold the apartment in 10 days. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I can recommend their services with complete confidence and enthusiasm.

Since many years we have dealt with Lodges to our complete satisfaction. Now as my husband has deceased a short while ago, I gave the apartments to their sales department and they have shown the same professionalism. They have sold them all in a short time, and each at a good price .

The contact with the agency has been excellent from beginning to end. The team has always been extremely kind, professional, and responsive. They are clearly very organized and punctual, and they make a real effort to assist whenever needed. The inventory was particularly impressive: it was extremely detailed and thorough, which creates a strong sense of transparency and trust. This level of precision is not always common and was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, the agency demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help. The communication was always clear and efficient, and the overall experience was very positive.

Merci :)

Merci pour votre accompagnement. Adam Lemiere

Very reactive agents, and the procedure was seamless. I would recommend

The agency was responsive and helpful throughout the process. There were times when I had to wait for a response from the landlord, but the team at Lodgis kept me updated.
