Leo is a good lettings consultant. He was very responsive and guided me the whole way, and met my requests.

The communication was great between the agent to the tenant but it would have been helpful if the website was updated a bit more often to more accurately reflect the availability of the apartments.

Florence has been professional, diligent and attentive. I can’t praise her enough. However, the fact that the 1st flat I choose was actually not available made the process frustrating and time consuming. Apartments that are not available should not be on the site.

Mister Dipouma has been very quick to respond and clear. Some costs could have been mentioned earlier (additional monthly charges for energy consumption, not included in the normal monthly charges). Very smooth process with the digital signatures and online payment, and the agency fees feel reasonable compared to some of your competitors.

It was a great experience working with Ms. Iryna Bonnefoy. She provided all the necessary information and helped to understand what documents were needed. Ultimately, we signed a contract with an apartment we liked. There were many cases when the site did not work. This was the most unpleasant part of the experience.

Plusieurs éléments ont été particulièrement appréciables : la très bonne connaissance du bien, la souplesse dans les horaires et la grande réactivité. Cela a été un plaisir de rencontrer Mme Lombardi qui a fait preuve d’un accompagnement de qualité tout au long de la procédure.
