Nous attendons les appels de loyer avec références virement régulièrement. Les virements de mes colocataires ne sont souvent pas pris en compte. Relation en règle générale pénible et laborieuse avec Lodgis. Les agents font vraisemblablement face à un manque de moyen et d'effectif et j'espère que, après avoir signé ce deuxième contrat, notre relation rentrera dans l'ordre et la logique.

The agency, Miss Contarini in particular, was very fast to respond, and helped me find the perfect place for my stay in Paris! I would genuinely recommend Lodgis to all!

Overall lodgis staff have been very helpful in my apartment search - they respond pretty quickly, and work with you to find an apartment. However, I think the website should be better updated - there are many apartments listed on the website that are not available in reality, which makes the search take a bit longer than it needs to. I'd recommend lodgis to foreigners in Paris looking for a convenient agency (with lower fees compared to similar agencies) to help find an apartment in a very competitive housing market.

Tive uma experiência excelente com a Lodgis! 3 dias depois de iniciar meu atendimento com a agência, já consegui assinar o contrato de um aluguel muito bom em Paris. Passei 2 meses procurando por conta própria sem sucesso e só quando encontrei a Lodgis consegui achar um lugar para morar. Ser atendida pela Julia Khalfa em português, minha língua materna, deixou a experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo muito!
