The apartment was presented in full working order. The landlord was very agreeable and arranged so that everything was easy and well explained. The neighborhood is perfect. I really could not ask for more than what I have! Very happy.

Gostei muito do apartamento. Foi tudo perfeito em minha estadia de 4 meses. Confortável e super bem localizado. A proprietária foi super atenciosa comigo em todos os momentos. Super recomendo.

Very good in january maybe i come back to Paris and i want to rent again

The location is awesome. There are three main supermarkets nearby: G20, Franprix, Monoprix. A lot of small shops. The laundry is just accross the road. Place de Clichy subway station has a lot of correspondances. Sacre Coeur is nearby. The apartment is like on photos. It is clean. There is not much storage room.There is a small TV, it has HDMI port. WiFi works well.

L'appartement est vraiment fantastique! C'est très confortable, propre, mignon et lumineux. Le quartier est sympa et beau, en plus on a tous de ce qu'on a besoin à proximité. C'est un bijou!
