The apartment is very nice. Super cozy and a nice well equipped kitchen. A wash machine that works super well! It is located very well close to everything. We found beautiful bars and restaurants close and it was a very nice little island to live on. The landlord Romain is super nice and easy to talk to. We felt super comfortable with the apartment and with him as a landlord.

The location of the apartment is amazing! The apartment provides all the things that you need for a long stay.

Small, cosy studio in the heart of Paris. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need: Big comfortable bed, big wardrobe, washing machine and dryer, small funcional table, functional kitchen and bathroom. The only disadvantage is that you have only one window with view to a small courtyard. Thanks to the height of the studio and the lamps, you don 't feel enclosed though. The biggest advantage is probably the extraordinary location on the Île Saint-Louis, where you can reach everything very quickly.

Studio de 23m2 suffisamment grand pour une personne avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi, beaucoup de cachet avec les poutres et les pierres, une cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. Très agréable d’avoir un grand lit (confortable) et un canapé séparés dans un studio. Le petit plus : une très grande armoire vitrée pour ranger plein de vêtements! Même si la fenêtre donne sur une petite cour et n’apporte pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle, le studio ne donne pas une impression « d’enfermement » car la hauteur sous plafond est conséquente. Le quartier est juste incroyable, vivant et proche des commerces.
