Sympathique agréable appartement avec belle vue, propriétaire charmante. Propreté Peut être améliorée, la salle de bain est vétuste

Amazing view of the Eiffel tower on one side, and the city on the other. Truly beautiful, especially at night. The apartment is a very comfortable space, spacious, quiet, nice kitchen and clean bathroom. Being right next to the Dupleix Metro is also great, the Grenelle Market is literally out the front door on Sundays/Wednesdays and Rue de Lourmel has great cafes, restaurants, and shops (pastries, wine, cheese etc), and Rue du Commerce is just up the road with more boutique shops. The only drawback is that the shower is difficult to use (its just the handle without a curtain), but this just takes a little getting used to.

短期アパートの感覚でわなく、友人の部屋と言う感覚、面白い物件でした。　 マルシェも駅も目の前でとても便利。 WiFiなど、インターネット環境が無いのは不便。
