ロケーション・部屋の広さ・治安のよさ・価格等々トータル的に考えて◎ ただ、エレベーターなし（１階の階段数が多い）・バスタブなしのため、荷物の多い方・足腰不安な方・お風呂につかりたい方は避けた方がよいが、当方は全く問題なかった。 乾燥機付き洗濯機完備（HPだと乾燥機のみ）、ダブルベッドルーム１部屋とシングルベッドが２つある部屋が１部屋（HPだと入れ子ベッドと幼児用ベッドとなっている）と日本語HPだと違う部分もあり家主にいくつか質問したら「あなたは間違っている」と言われ英語HP確認すればよかったと反省（＾＾；）キッチン周りの細かな器具も完備。生活するに十分なものであった。

The apartment was very clean and had a great warmth to it which made it feel like a home away from home. In the perfect location which made our stay in Paris perfect. My kids were also very comfortable there. Would definitely stay there again!!

Apartement is lovely, very clean and fresh, well equipped and furnished and decorated with good taste. Location is perfect, just in the middle of city but apartement is still very quiet.

L'appartamento è arredato in modo molto gradevole, corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. E' molto silenziozo essendo nel cortile interno del palazzo. E' ben attrezzato.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Parigi, molto silenzioso ed accogliente
