Je tiens à remercier Mme Brandao-Brault qui a été très efficace et cordiale, malgré quelques complications liées à l'absence de réponse d'un propriétaire. Nous avons grâce à elle trouvé un appartement correspondant à nos besoins.
Very hard to get hold of the dedicated agent, in my case Cecilia. Constantly sending emails and getting 2 day delayed responses, hard to get through on the phone line and when I eventually do and leave a message for a call back I never get one. Lodgis does have a good selection of apartment which is why I stuck with them and certainly not for the care and customer service
Le site Internet de Lodgis est ideal pour louer un appartement meuble a distance: les photos, la description et surtout le plan des appartements a louer donne une idee tres precise des biens et permet de prendre une decision de location meme a distance sans se deplacer. Le cote administratif est gere completement en ligne ce qui rend les demarches vraiment plus faciles pour les expatries comme nous par exemple.
