Rather difficult to contact -- phone line always busy. Staff are however nice and helpful.

The contact with the agency was very good, but in the beginning I had to insist a little bit in order to receive a reply. Apart from this matter, the general service was good, they recommended me new options when mine was already taken, they accessed me through the rental and explained me how it would work.
