You have an excellent website - my first point of contact - found through web searching. Julien was my representative - he was fast and efficient on responding and friendly in contact. Trying to find suitable accommodation over the web (site unseen) is very frustrating and fraught with dangers. The reviews become a very important part of the decision making and your reviews need to be updated. Additionally I think it worthwhile if your agents physically inspected your apartments so they can make valid comment on issues like location, noise, convenience etc. Many thanks. Solange the booking advisor was very quick to reply to any emails and quickly found me an apartment. I would definitely recommend.

Easy arrangrments

Le service est correct mais pas optimum, il y a un manque d'accompagnement et de réel intérêt. L'accueil est bon mais il est parfois difficile de vous joindre, de plus l'absence d'agent immobilier lors des visites est quelque peu dérangeante. Les modalités de payement ne sont pas très pratiques( payement par carte bleu difficile en fin de mois) et le contrat peu détaillé.Étant donné que c'était ma première location de meublé je ne me suis pas sentie très bien accompagnée par l'agence. Bien quand on a l'habite de ce genre de transaction.

With a very professional approach, Lodgis is worth a warm recommendation. As a Danish citizen I find the French compulsory requirements somewhat bureaucratic but that has nothing to do with Lodgis.

A nota 3 é pelo tempo de resposta e o esclarecimento de algumas dúvidas que ficaram pendentes ou demoraram para serem respondidas. Tirando isso, o atendimento seria perfeito.

Fui muito bem atendido pela agente Walquíria. Contudo, sugeriria que as respostas aos e-mails pudessem ocorrer de maneira mais rápida para agilizar o processo de locação dos imóveis. Estou bastante feliz com o trabalho prestado pela Lodgis e certamente a indicarei a todos aqueles que recorrerem a mim para uma locação de imóvel em Paris e região.

M. Peixoto, with whom I was in contact within twenty-four hours of requesting information, was extremely helpful. He gave me the relevant information about each of my requests in a very timely manor, and, after a few unavailable requests, composed a comprehensive list of apartments that adhered to my search criteria. Likewise, he was extremely helpful in the post-selection process, ensuring that I was granted the lease and instructing me what to do thereafter. My only negative comment would be that many of the apartments that I was shown by M. Peixoto were not displayed during my initial, independent search.

J'aurai pu mettre 5 . mais l'échec des 2 premières réservations ayant échouées alors que les propriétaires, avaient donné dans un premier temps, leur accord sachant que le temps de réservation correspondaient à leur critère je pense que vous devez mieux vérifier la fiabilité de vos clients loueurs. Ceci justifie la note 4. Mr. EHAHOUN s'est rendu très disponible et efficace pour rattraper mes premières déconvenues .
