Lodgis could not have made the process any easier! They were amazing. I loved their search engine and site. Once I picked an apartment they were totally on top of making sure I had all of the necessary information and forms to ensure I secured it. They worked with the landlord to get everything in order. If I needed to speak with them during the process they were also VERY easy to reach on the phone...they were very efficient and great to work with!

対応が早くスムースでしたが、保険については全て英語の文面でしたのでとても面倒でした。保険加入が義務付けられているのであれば、日本語で簡単に加入できるものが用意されていれば時間の短縮にもなるし安心できると思いました。

For the most part, my experience with Lodgis was fine. I had some difficulty though getting to someone to help me with a problem opening a link to purchase the renter insurance. This look a couple weeks. Nonetheless, I would definitely use Lodgis again.
