We were going to stay in another appartment but there was some issue with the landlord. The Lodgis staff tried to solve the problem as soon as possible and assigned us with another appartment in the same conditions we had agreed for the previous appartment. Excellent service.

Pas toujours facile d\'avoir un interlocuteur au téléphone, mais procédures d\'analyse des dossiers souples, rapides et modernes (tout numérisé, pas de déplacement en agence, commode pour les personnes qui ne sont pas présentes sur place où ont un travail trop prenant pour multiplier les visites). Agence très réactive et très, très professionnelle.

If you live in a time zone outside of Europe, there is often a delay in response times with agency communications. Lodgis, however, was always professional and helpful.

My experience with lodgis was very good. I thought the website was excellent and my agent very businesslike and well-informed. It is a great resource for finding and renting apartments for short stays.
