My experience was positive, but I would have liked to have more opportunities to visit different apartment before choosing, There is really no possibility to think, to make up your mind, to compare alternatives... So the support was good, always answering my questions.

Neutre. Les employés sont très polis, disponibles par courriel et mail, mais pas présents pour régler les problèmes. Cela a pris du temps pour savoir si le logement était disponible et il semble compliqué de louer pour des dates précises alors même que le logement meublé était vide.

The initial contact with Logis was good, but once I was waiting for the lease it would have been nice if Logis continued to update me. Instead, I had to continue to reach out to receive updates from them. Also, the phone line for Logis was often occupied.

Took a long time to get sorted. We got there in the end however!

Long response time when contacted. Made empty promises about dates when some information will be provided. I had to speed up the process by constantly making sure they do their work. Not very professional behavior. But good and easy way to find a property in Paris.

L'échange était rapide et efficace par mail. Mais j'ai demandé des photos supplémentaires du séjour puisqu'il n'y avait pas sur l'annonce, je voulais savoir comment est la fenêtre du séjour, où sont la table à manger, l'etagère, le placard, et les 4 chaise(s). J'ai également appelé l'agence mais personne n'a répondu.

great offer of apartments, the information about the start of renting is unfortunately rather unreliable. The support of the angentin was very good, she always answered quickly.

The English version of the lease agreement should be enhanced. Though it is an English version, it still contains a lot of information in French and some typo in English.

They are very good at replying to my emails and reassuring me that something is been done to fix my problems, however as the main problem (the cockroaches) has not yet been effectively resolved I am sceptical if they will come through on their promises.
