The communication between me and Lodgis was very good. However, the translation of the contract could have been better.

It took a while for me to get an agent so I had no one to answer my urgent questions. Furthermore, an apartment that I assumed was being held for me while everything was finalized was given to someone else which made things very stressful. Besides that, Clothilde has been very helpful and responsive to my concerns and preferences. She was a great agent!
