I would like to thank Ms, Hirano. She helped me a lot. Her response was always quick and helpful. I just would like to mention another staff was irresponsible and sent no response to my questions. I live halfway around the globe from France, I know little about Paris so I revised my apartment search several times, but the Lodgis consultant always patiently assisted until I found the perfect one. Even after the contract is finalised, she still went extra miles to help with the rental details.

I was loosing hope in finding an apartment at a short notice, but Ms. Haack, on the exact day that I informed her of the studio that I was interested in, immediately offered to set an appointment with the landlord. Very pleasant and smooth communications. One small thing is on the online form it appeared as Mrs John Horridge - no problem but it may need correcting to Mr as it is a legal document? Regards.
