I would like to thank Ms, Hirano. She helped me a lot. Her response was always quick and helpful. I just would like to mention another staff was irresponsible and sent no response to my questions. I was loosing hope in finding an apartment at a short notice, but Ms. Haack, on the exact day that I informed her of the studio that I was interested in, immediately offered to set an appointment with the landlord.
