Easy to reach via Internet. It took some time to understand how to fill in the forms. Good response upon questioning. The French contract is a minus although we got a translation in English. Easy to pay and fast response upon paying the fee. (Second time we used LODGIS for Paris.)

The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The landlord was very helpful and even left a basket of toys and books for our children to play with during our stay. There is a park just across the street. My only complaint is that the apartment is a little dark because it is not on the street. However for this reason it is quieter.
