Our experience with Lodgis was excellent. They were clear about expectations and deadlines. From what I understand after to talking to other people here, the agency fees are reasonable, though they didn't feel that way when we first paid them! (We are American.)

This is the second time I have used Lodgis and again everything was fine.

The rental agency (Lodgis) was top notch... the agent with whom we dealt was helpful and responsive. He answered all our questions in a timely fashion. The Lodgis website and transaction system is well designed.... very efficient. I was impressed. I would unequivocally recommend Lodgis to anyone looking for this type of accommodation. Just for the record -- I don't have any financial interest in Lodgis or the apartment. My wife and I are (I guess) mature, seasoned travelers who really enjoy Paris and the French countryside.
