Excellent attention and patience. The agency did everything to get me an apartment.

Paul was great to work with, super responsive and answered all our questions promptly

Agence facilement joignable et délai de réponse courts

Muy buena

Contact with the agency was simple and effective. I have a few observations: the amount paid as security was not very clear at the beginning, as well as the agency fee, but these doubts were resolved when I contacted the agency; a little delay in finalizing the contract.

Quick and efficient

Great help from Klara. Tailored help and always easy to get in contact with.

It was a quick and smooth process.

Akemi is the best! She is super helpful and very accommodating. She went out of her way to speak with me in my native language and helped us every step of the way!

Great customer service.

Très bien passé, mon interlocuteur était sympathique et disposé à m'aider trouver un logement. Néanmoins je note un temps de réponse par mail qui peut être important.

Thank you For your Help

Estou muito satisfeita com o rápido retorno da agência LODGIS estou indo a estudos em Paris e estou muito satisfeita com o atendimento. A senhora Walquíria foi muito atenciosa e gentil.

No complications. Finding a place to rent in Lyon in an odyssey but they make it easier than everyone else. They speak english too, and if you're foreign and don't speak french, this is going to save your life. Special thanks to Jordan who was my agent, super attentive and always answers in the same day.

Very kind and quick response from the agent Mrs. Brandao. I am happy to move quickly to get one apartment despite the high season in Paris !! 😊

I highly appreciate the user friendly website (including many details) and the fluent online process.

Super contact avec l’agence merci

An excellent service. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by Jordan.

Jordan was very helpful!

Paul was my direct contact at Lodgis. He was very patient and helpful through the process of getting my apartment. He answered all of my questions at the earliest. I am pretty happy with the result of my search. Definitely recommend Paul and Lodgis!

Sadly two of the rooms advertised online were not available anymore once I proposed to rent them. However, my contact with Iryna Bonnefoy was very helpful and she found a very good property exactly corresponding to what I was looking for and arranged for me to sign the lease, thank you! Especially since I do not have too much time between now and my moving date, this was invaluable.

Très bonne agence, a l'écoute de ses clients et réactifs. Je recommande

Very efficient!
