The communication was perfect from beginning to end. My agent, Florence, also spoke Spanish which made the whole process easier. She was always nice and followed and explain every step of the renting procedure. I am overall happy with Lodgis service.

Pathe NDIAYE was really helpful during the whole process and was able to attend to my request for a visit and the arrangements with the owner. However, the only improvement could be to make faster the visit request.

Tout s'est très bien passé et j'espère que cela continuera. Madame Hugon et monsieur Pathé ont été très à l'écoute et disponibles. Le seul bémol que je peux signaler c'est que la personne qui m'a été envoyée pour l'état des lieux d'entrée n'était pas très bienveillante. Il ne voulait pas que je touche à quoique ce soit et n'arrêtais pas de me dire qu'il avait déjà avancé sur l'état des lieux (en mon absence). Au début il essayait même de lever le ton face à moi mais je lui ai très vite fait comprendre que je n'étais pas impressionnée par lui. Il y a même certains appareils électroménagers dont je n'ai pas pu tester l'état de marche parce que d'après lui il l'avait déjà fait (en mon absence). Cette mauvaise expérience n'enlève rien au fait que je recommanderais cette agence autant de fois que possible. Je suis très satisfaite.

Thank you for your service. My only complaint is that I tried to reach you several times by telephone, but could never get through. On the other hand, Mr Ndiaye's response times by email were very quick. I was first working with one of your competitors (Paris Attitude) but each time they took several days to respond to emails, and I lost out on several opportunities as a result. I will work only with Lodgis in the future.

Florence has been professional, diligent and attentive. I can’t praise her enough. However, the fact that the 1st flat I choose was actually not available made the process frustrating and time consuming. Apartments that are not available should not be on the site.
