Walquiria was a great agent - helping me find and navigate renting the apartment. Once I found a place and the landlady had agreed, I would have liked having a clearer overview of what I needed at the end. Even just an overview sheet with what I needed to provide, to save the back and forth on documents. Otherwise, Walquiria was a huge help!

The LODGIS crew is one of the best around. We talked with 4 other agencies before them and LODGIS is the most professional and client oriented. Their agents are highly trained, extremely helpful and friendly. Just sometimes we noticed a delay in their responses.
I am very pleased with my interaction with your agency and in particular Madame Bonnefoy. She was very responsive in answering my questions and responding in a timely and efficient manner. Perhaps the only suggestion I have is that you clarify the purpose of the French insurance at the start of the communication and indicate that this form will be completed after the booking has been confirmed.

This agency offers the LOWEST (significant!) agency fee at least from my experience with several.The agency website provides sufficient information.The consultant,Walquiria BRANDAO BRAULT, was so helpful and efficient.She provided very timely information and feedback. It was so quick and smooth to complete the contract for me. I'm looking forward to a pleasant stay in Paris! :-)

The best thing is the agency I made the arrangements with: Lodgis, they are very supportive and open to fin solutions even for long international stayings, with many payment options which male everything easier from abroad.
Julien's help was fantastic! Quick responses and very accurate. For someone like me who lives in US and plans to come to Paris for a whole month of July it was a huge help. I can't wait to be there and study writing! Merci Julian

Agency were quite helpful both the arrangement and later on site stages. We had s wi fi disconnect issue and dropped them a mail to which the response came back in few minutes. The only unclarity was an additional fee request for cleaning after the stay but which was not fixed in the contract. They quickly clarified this and did not ask for additional fee once we reviewed the contract together - probably an omission from their side, but they quickly apologised and the topic was closed!

Hi, I'm impressed, you guys match human and automation in such a smooth way. I was checking with 2 agencies at the same time, the other sent lots of stuff far from the school and every time i tried to apply (3x) it was refused. With you I had 1 refusal but it was a greater experience. Just a pity that now i deal with another agency representing the landlord that sends me word documents, but not your fault. Thanks Julien.
