la relation avec l'agence était correcte. Sauf que ,pour l'assurance, il n'est pas évident, pour un étranger de pouvoir régler ça, à partir de l'étranger.pour nous ,la propriétaire s'en est chargée,et nous la remerçions.
We were overall very happy with our agent (5/5), Ms Marianna Le Corre. She was ALWAYS very professional, very hands-on and well informed about the official procedures, and we also highly appreciated that she was highly responsive and very efficient at all stages of organising our rental contract. We wish her all the very best personally and professionally. Regarding the agency itself, we really liked that you accpet bitcoins - very progressive move! And we appreciated that your agency fees were the lowest we could find on the internet, especially given the high quality service we received. So, thank you for that :) However, there were a couple of issues that were somewhat inconvenient, and we recommend that something be done about it to make it easier for other customers from non-French speaking countries. For instance, the Surety document had to be copied in handwriting in its entirety by our non-French-speaking guarantors and they found it very difficult. Moreover, the English translation of the rental contract had large untranslated sections still in French. Overall, we were very happy with your services and recommend Lodgis and especially our agent Ms Le Corre definitely to everyone! Merçi! :)

Lodgis really helped me in my time of need! After leaving the dirty appartment which I found on a site, I stayed in a hotel for a few days but at the same time I was desperate to find an apartment in Paris as my internship started only some days later. So I went to the Lodgis office and I was greeted by the very kind and helpful Raphaelle. She listened as I explained my situation and two hours later I left the office with a flat booked and ready for me to move in the next day. Raphaelle even advised me on the district I should choose and with my poor french I even understood how she was saying to another collegue that she prefers the 2nd arrondissement for me as it is safer and more suitable than the north of Paris for young students like me. I really appreciate that! She explained everything to me, even repeated it as I kept asking over and over again. And she managed to explain my difficult situation to the landlady, thus making it possible for me to move into the apartment immediately. I cannot thank Raphaelle and her team enough. I totally recommend the Lodgis agency!! I wish everyone there good luck. Thank you so nuch!
