I was pleased with the service that both Manuela Falletta and Robin Haack provided. The only point I would recommend to work on is to find a way to keep the availability dates more up to date. I do understand that it is not simple since the actual tenants can choose to extend the lease or not. Anyway, Lodgis makes it possible to efficiently find a place to stay in Paris at a reasonable fee (I know agencies who charge the triple for the same service).

I inspired by the prompt and professional services by the staff of Lodgis agency and now is expecting at check in the same conditions of the apartment as it is in photographs.

Sehr schnell und freundlich beraten. Erstkontakt per Telefon ist sehr sympathisch. Nicht alle Übersetzungen in Deutsch korrekt. Vertrag in Deutsch wünschenswert

Très bonne relation avec l'agent qui s'est occupé du bien. Très à l'écoute et je l'en remercie. Par contre pour le dernier paiement, je n'avais pas de confirmation de sa part, c'est moi qui est fait la démarche. Mais sinon c'est Ok

She was ALWAYS very professional, very hands-on and well informed about the official procedures, and we also highly appreciated that she was highly responsive and very efficient at all stages of organising our rental contract. We wish her all the very best personally and professionally. Regarding the agency itself, we really liked that you accpet bitcoins - very progressive move! And we appreciated that your agency fees were the lowest we could find on the internet, especially given the high quality service we received. So, thank you for that :) However, there were a couple of issues that were somewhat inconvenient, and we recommend that something be done about it to make it easier for other customers from non-French speaking countries. For instance, the Surety document had to be copied in handwriting in its entirety by our non-French-speaking guarantors and they found it very difficult. Moreover, the English translation of the rental contract had large untranslated sections still in French. Overall, we were very happy with your services and recommend Lodgis and especially our agent Ms Le Corre definitely to everyone! Merçi! :)

The agency was helpful when choosing the apartment. Renting apartments in Paris is not an easy task. Lodgis makes this process a lot easier for foreigners by accepting/providing documents in other languages (in my case, Portuguese/English). The only difficult part was to pay in advance all the fees, security deposit and first rent. However, we had no problems with the apartment or any other issue. So far, I have no regrets of using Lodgis service!

En general el servicio es lento, pero al final me gusta que es un servicio seguro, los asesores hablan varios idiomas y cuenta con los medios para hacer todo de manera electrónica (firmas de contratos y pagos). Servicio ideal para los que somos extranjeros.

Se deberia especificar mejor cuales sería los honorarios de la empresa y la necesidad de contratar un seguro para la vivienda, porque son gastos que influyen en el precio final.

Notre relation n'est pas terminée, mais pour l'instant tout se passe au mieux: ma correspondante est très disponible, les démarches sont claires.

Mon interlocutrice a changé très souvent, j'ai été en contact avec cinq personnes differentes, c'était un peu confus. À part cela, tout c'est très bien passé!

le seul soucis avec l'agence était le mode de payement de l'assurance.

Walquiria was a great agent - helping me find and navigate renting the apartment. Once I found a place and the landlady had agreed, I would have liked having a clearer overview of what I needed at the end. Even just an overview sheet with what I needed to provide, to save the back and forth on documents. Otherwise, Walquiria was a huge help!

Retour très rapide et bon service à la clientèle. Petit malentendu concernant le 2e ensemble de draps, toutefois cela a été réglé rapidement.

Il y a certains éléments sur lesquels nous ne sommes pas toujours d'accord, mais les personnes sont réactives, cherchent des solutions et professionnelles dans l'ensemble.

La relacion con la agencia fue buena, en castellano que es una comodidad para mi, y contestaron rapido a mis emais.

Great they worked with us to help us get in a little early. Very pleasant and accomidating... I would suggest ... it would be helpful to provide written instructions for washer/ dryer combo, dishwasher and where to dispose of trash (Should also be in English)

the contact with the agency went great and easy, cynthia was lovely and very helpful! but i have to say, i find the commission im paying for the agency is a bit high for one month.

La relation par téléphone est relativement difficile. Il vaut mieux utiliser internet et les messages Emails.

Would suggest that it would be beneficial to be able to pay for the stay with a credit card through the agency.

Bon contact, réactivité. Même si l'appartement correspond en tout point à mes attentes, j'aurais aimé pouvoir le visiter avant de signer le bail (location pour 6 mois). ça m'aurait éviter un petit coup de stress avant de récupérer les clés. Mais tout est bien qui finit bien :)
