In total, everything was well planned and we are happy that we have chosen lodgis. The procedure was a little bit complicated because we had to write or fill in some pieces of information several times that we have provided before.

Kind of slow response time, usually a day to respond to an email, but maybe it's that's busy

Points de force: grand choix d'appartements, trés bon rapport qualité-prix, clarté sur les coûts, rapidité de la réponse. Points faibles: un peu de confusion entre les agents immobiliers impliqués.

Un certain manque de réactivité et d'efficacité mais location trouvée malgré tout!

The rest of the people from the agency were either NOT responding or taking a week to contact me back. Julien was very helpful. Thank you, Julien, for a fantastic service!

Cela a pris 3 jours avant qu'on me réponde. On m'a ensuite confirmé que l'appart était disponible. Puis le lendemain, on m'informait qu'il ne l'était plus. Par contre, on a bien répondu à mes questions.

J'apprecie l'aide d'Anais. J'espere que le reste de mon experience avec Lodgis se deroulera sans huerts et que nous n'aurons aucun probleme.

Overall good communications and more than sufficient information flow! Sometimes, I wished to have more security in the booking process that the selected room will be reserved.

I find the reaction time of Lodgis very slow. it takes days to get a reaction.

Deux mails déjà envoyés et toujours pas de réponse de la part de mon conseiller. Ce n'est pas correct. L'accompagnement se fait aussi après avoir payé les frais d'agence!
