Klara has been very prompt and polite. It's my first experience renting in Paris and she has helped with all of my questions. Lodgis website is also easy to use, and I like the review section from past users. More consistency in the quality of pictures across different accommodations, more virtual tours, and more images of the building from the outside would be great.
