Agency staff very helpful and responsive. Could have been more helpful to determine whether or not tenant insurance is required by the landlord (it was not), and then arrange it. Shouldn't have to be an extra step. Wide selection of properties, locations and prices. Fees were reasonable considering the service.

The agency was prompt and helpful, and was able to give me (in good English) all information I asked for. The leasing process was a little complicated for a three day rental, but as other rentals last a lot longer, I assume a detailed rental process is necessary. Good website too, with more online functions than we saw on other Paris rental sites.

same as quistion 2 i do find that the amount that lodgis takes is a bit too high especially for a student. i beleive that if lodgis can make certain apartments for students with special fees, it will gain alot of success for the future. i strongly reccomened making more facilities for the students as well as for international students. however, as a saudi, i did find it very difficult in presenting the taxes sheet demanded. we do not pay taxes, so probably a better understaing of international clients. regards
