Great contact with Silvia Madron, she was very helpful!

Totally I am satisfied with the agency. Unfortunatly, the first apartment I wanted to rent was already rented and I got the notice after my payment of agency fees and first payment. But to change to a new apartment was very quick and the money transfer was done automatically. Due to the change, the procedure wasn't automatically and a high workload, it took a bit longer to get every information. But everything went well and I got everything on time.

Quick and insightful information sent by the associate. Worked well to assist me in my search for a rental. Only downside is replies only come on weekdays and not weekends.

Professionnalisme, Efficacité, Accessibilité

STEPHANIA was great. She made the transaction go very smoothly, not an easy task when you are dealing with clients who do not speak French.

hyper rapide et efficace

Réactive et efficace

Take too long to reply to e-mails, and never pick up the phone and/or the numbers don't match

Good

Everything was perfect. Staff in Lodgis is very helpful and operative. Thank you

Thanks to our Manager for a quick conclusion of our contract.Thank you

Lodgis has helped us a lot, specially MMe. Marianna Le Corre. While it is difficult to find an apartment in Paris, we found our place through this agency.

The whole process of renting an apartment through Logis was great. The process went very smooth and promptly. Manuela Falletta was very helpful and professional. She quickly replied to emails with questions I had. I highly recommend Logis.

Very easy to work with. You can do everything online. Staff are always welcome to help via phone or email

We are very satisfied with your service. We would definitely contact your agency again.

Very professional replied quickly easy to use and very direct and to the point thank you for your help

Solange was very helpful with our mail enquiries and helped us very professionally through the process of securing our rental. We used Lodgis in 2010 happily. You do charge a hefty premium for that, but so be it. Cheers Greg Lane

OTTIMI I CONTATTI E OTTIME LE INDICAZIONI. TUTTAVIA RITENGO ECCESSIVA LA SOMMA DA CORRISPONDERE PER LA INTERMEDIAZIONE.

I had a very easy time using Lodgis, they definitely made finding a place in Paris extremely easy!

Very unorganized and difficult to get in touch with.

it was extremely positive in all aspects. Stefania was lovely, and really went the extra mile!

Thank you Marianna for assisting me these past months, you have been so helpful and patient, Lodgis is the best agency in Paris!

Bien conseillé et très bon accompagnement

Rapide efficace et courtois

Lodgis was extremely helpful, and Solange, our agent, went out of her way to make sure that everything worked well for us. We've had prior dealings with other agencies, and found Lodgis service to be superior. Andy Kay & Jerry Dupont

Knowing I'd have to find an apartment in Paris was super stressful. But they made it so easy! Any questions that I had, they would always be there to promptly answer them. Thank you for making this process easy! I highly recommend using the Lodgis agency!
