Great contact with Silvia Madron, she was very helpful!

Totally I am satisfied with the agency. Unfortunatly, the first apartment I wanted to rent was already rented and I got the notice after my payment of agency fees and first payment. But to change to a new apartment was very quick and the money transfer was done automatically. Due to the change, the procedure wasn't automatically and a high workload, it took a bit longer to get every information. But everything went well and I got everything on time.

L'opération a été faite dans un délai court.Bonne réactivité de la commerciale. Seul bémol la cave visitée n'était pas celle du plan!

Une première option avait été prise sur l'appartement que je convoitais. Lodgis m'a rappelé pour me dire que cette option était levée et que je pouvais avoir ce bien. J'ai été ensuite bien conseillé, jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. L'agence a été à l'écoute, elle s'est chargée de l'obtention de tous les documents et je n'ai rien eu à faire de mon côté.
