I live halfway around the globe from France, I know little about Paris so I revised my apartment search several times, but the Lodgis consultant always patiently assisted until I found the perfect one. Even after the contract is finalised, she still went extra miles to help with the rental details.

The communication with the lettings consultant (Ms. Haack) was very professional, efficient and helpful. I was loosing hope in finding an apartment at a short notice, but Ms. Haack, on the exact day that I informed her of the studio that I was interested in, immediately offered to set an appointment with the landlord. I am very grateful. Overall, I had a smooth experience with Lodgis agency, thank you.

Communication was very slow at first. Only after I called did any progress happen. Once an apartment was secured, the process was much better and efficient.

Le sens de l'écoute du client et du service est perfectible Un manque de réactivité dans la prise en compte des problèmes dans l'appartement (relance 10 jours après le premier signalement) Pas de fiabilité dans le traitement des problèmes relevés dans l'appartement (2 dates non respectées pour le remplacement du téléviseur,..)
