Randa followed up with us when she needed to. Communication flowed smoothly and I was reassured when she did not hesitate to phone me at one stage. A very professional service was offered.

L'agenzia si è dimostrata disponibile et attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Tuttavia è dovoroso sottolineare che durante l'état de lieu si sono constatati problemi importanti che l'agenzia e il relativo gestionario avrebbero dovuto risolvere prima dell'entrata nell'appartamento. In aggiunta per due settimane il cliente si è lamentato affinchè i suddetti ptoblemi venissero risolti e purtroppo alcuni di essi non sono ancora stati risolti.

I chose Lodgis because they had the most reasonable agency fee out of all the agencies I had looked at, however I will say that their service was not the best and not very consistent. It took me over 3 months to finally get accommodation, not because there weren't readily available apartments , they have a wide and good range of apartments but the person at the agency whose name I shall not disclose wasn't up to task. I had made a request and booked a few apartments and each time I did this I felt that I was one step closer to getting the apartment of my dream, but that wasn't the case. Each time I did this I got an email saying that someone else had booked it already, so I think what needs to be improved is that once someone has finalised their booking they should take apartments off from being available instead of misleading potential renters. Furthermore agencies are supposed to be the bridge that helps you find the ideal apartment with little hassle and little time consumption, but this was not the case. Overall I got a good apartment and I'm pleased with it I just wished it didn't take as long as it did.

Ho affittato 4 appartamenti in un anno. Le case hanno sempre corrisposto alle descrizioni e alle fotografie fornite nelle schede (tranne in un caso). Avrei però preferito vedere immediatamente la reale disponibilità degli appartamenti: spesso risultavano liberi nel calendario ma al momento di contattarVi venivo a sapere che c'erano già trattative in corso. Non è facile organizzare un soggiorno all'estero e questa operazione richiede davvero molto tempo. Consiglierei comunque questa agenzia!

Apesar do nosso conselheiro inicial, Mr PEIXOTO sempre simpático e solícito, ter ido de férias durante o nosso processo de procura de alojamento em Paris, nada foi interrompido ou houve necessidade de repetir informação, foi substituído na perfeição pelo Mr EHAHOUN. A passagem de contactos para o proprietário ocorreu de forma excelente e sem qualquer percalços. Parabéns pelo excente serviço que prestam!

You have an excellent website - my first point of contact - found through web searching. Julien was my representative - he was fast and efficient on responding and friendly in contact. Trying to find suitable accommodation over the web (site unseen) is very frustrating and fraught with dangers. The reviews become a very important part of the decision making and your reviews need to be updated. Additionally I think it worthwhile if your agents physically inspected your apartments so they can make valid comment on issues like location, noise, convenience etc. Many thanks.
