Lodgis is an awesome agency! Actually many Korean thought that it's not possible to get an apartment before arriving Paris, but through Lodgis it was possible, moreover it was pretty easy!! Staffs are really supportive and they commmuicate very well (in many different languages). I'm totally satified with Lodgis and strongly recommend to my friends!

Paloma Solar, recepcionista de Lodgis se pone inmediatamente en contacto contigo y te facilita toda la información que necesitas, así como la rapidez en contestar los mensajes. Realmente se agradece una agencia en la que puedas confiar.

A lot of apartments that are not available are still displayed on the website. Hope the consultants can double confirm the availability with the landlords in advance so that people don't need to spend too much time on searching the places which are actually not available. Anyway the consultant's service is good.

Solicité me informaran sobre el pago de mi alquiler y la garantía mediante mi tarjeta de crédito, pagué los honorarios de Lodgis, no me respondieron y la operación se concretó. Ahora no sé como debo actuar.

The response came very quicky after my enquiry and the renting process went smoothly. All the conditions are clearly stated and the apartment description is very detailed. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Akemi is very nice, patient and helpful!! The agency fee is reasonable! Just maybe you should ask the owner to update the availability on the website more frequently..

Le service était excellent. J'ai contacté un jour et le lendemain Joël déjà répondu avec des options, exactement tous les critères de quartiers que j'avais demandé. Chaque question a toujours répondu le matin, et j'ai lu quand je suis arrivé au boullot. J 'ai connu Lodgis quand je suis allé à Paris pour la première fois et je espère être accueilli très bien!! . Helpful, friendly and efficient

Initial apartment was suddenly not available on the requested start date and I was not informed of this till after the fact during the conversation with agent when I wanted to confirm the rental and as a result I had to rent in another area. I am happy with the service but it was not a good start.
