I rented my apartment through Marianna Le Corre. She was very attentive and worked efficiently and tirelessly to get through to two different landlords before I got the contract for the apartment I am now renting. She was very candid with her provision of information on each apartment. As such, I felt like I could really trust her, and that I would not encounter any unpleasant surprises. I felt that she had my best interests, as well as the landlord's at heart. I also found the staff at Lodgis to be friendly and polite, unlike the staff I had attempted to deal with through another agency, Paristay.com. The agency fees were also significantly cheaper than that agency. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company, and consider the level of integrity to be such that I would trust the employees to do the absolute best they can for me.

Comme d'habitude toute une équipe à l'écoute du client et toujours prompte à réagir positivement en toutes circonstance.

I have a chance to contacted 2 staffs before signing the contract. Iryna is very helpful and give full informations and assitance when need. Anyhow, during her absent it was a nightmare as other only gave unclear and limited information. And I was almost change the agency if only Iryna came back just in time.

Quel service à la clientèle! Absolument FORMIDABLE! 24 heures à peine pour une réponse au premier courriel concernant 4 propriétés. Réservation complétée, dépôt payé en 72 heures parce que toutes les informations fournies étaient complètes et justes. Le site d'offres étaient faciles à consulter et Madame Anna Ponceblanc, conseillère en location meublée, a été rassurante et d'un grand secours dans tout le processus. Je veux ajouter que j'ai fait 15 demandes d'informations sur 4 sites d'offres et je suis sans retour de communication pour 13 d'entre elles... c'est tout dire. Nous vivrons à Paris tout le mois de septembre prochain, dans un appartement meublé et idéalement situé, grâce à Madame Ponceblanc. Merci Madame, Merci Lodgis. Nicole M.M. de Laval Québec

It took almost a week to get the agent who was assisting while my assigned agent was out of the office to respond to me. I had to move my trip as the delay took so long that I had to change my visa. And I had to call multiple times as my emails went unanswered but the agent who was assisting while my agent was away. Once my agent returned from holiday, she was fantastic and helpful, but I nearly rented from another agency while she was away.

Expensive agency charges for a longer rental but worth it for good organisation and peace of mind
