It has been quite easy to enter into a contract with Lodgis. The list was quickly arranged. However, the page is not as clear as it seemed. We thought that Logis manger unfurnished apartments, because it appears as they are in charge of them, but it is not. I think it should be clear.

The good thing is that the Agency speaks English and helps expats. However, they are a little diffcult to reach. Also they caused a lot of confusion apparently because of some miscommunication with the owner.

Akemi Hirano suit mon dossier et est très réactive. C'est appréciable. En ce qui concerne les montants, surtout celui pour le ménage en fin de location (200€ pour 18 m²), je les trouve très élevé. Je prévois de faire le ménage moi-même, et comme il est dit dans le contrat, j'espère récupérer le surplus à la fin du contrat. Sinon très bon relationnel avec mon interlocutrice.
