Bien qu'il nous ait fallu faire repréciser les conditions initiales, la correspondance avec l'agence nous semble tout à fait correcte et saine. Concernant la clause de libération des lieux et de l'indemnité journalière dans les conditions générales du contrat, il est indiqué "pour quelque cause que ce soit"... Nous nous permettons toutefois de faire remarquer qu'il pourrait être judicieux de nuancer cette clause pour en écarter les cas de force majeure (état de guerre, cataclysme, voire dans le contexte sanitaire incertain de l'automne un confinement généralisé obligatoire...). Risques qui, en passant, ne sont pas couverts par les assurances habitations.

Pendant la recherche de l'appartement, j'ai contacté tous les agences possibles dont le travail n'était loin d'etre semblable // proche à celui de M. EHAHOUN . Une réactivité et une capacité d'aide, de conseil très appréciable, je remercie d'abord à lui, ensuite à toute l'Agence Lodgis pour m'avoir accompagnée.

À la suite de ma recherche d'appartement, l'agence a été d'une grande réactivité. En ce qui concerne la communication et le relationnel avec la conseillère, tout c'est bien passé.
