Booking and renewing an apartment with Lodgis has always been a simple process. Mme Laureen PIERRE is really efficient and replies quickly to any questions that I may have concerning the apartment.

I had a lot of back and forth trying to find housing for the coming year, but Lodgis was so helpful and professional!

Perfect communication during the week. Unfortunately they do not work on Saturday and Sunday and that is why the first 2 day s I could not sleep in my appartment. LODGIS discounted the two days from the following rent.

My agent was very helpful in this long process of finding an apartment. She was patient in setting up visits and managing documents. I went through many apartment options in Paris between March and May and throughout the process, my agent was exceptional.

Process once a flat is booked is good. But very slow to communicate before that stage.

I lack transparency in your way of presenting the actual rent for apartments. What you call "rent" is far below the actual rental cost. On top of the "rent" 4-6 other fees are added. This means that you advertise your apartments under false pretences. Instead you should show the actual rent, i.e. "rent" should refer to what the rent cost actually is. When I rented my apartment I explicity asked Klara Lebdeva if she had mentioned all costs and fees. She said yes, but when I got the contract is became obvious that there was yet another hidden fee. It is disappointing that there is little honesty on the part of Lodgis - but I guess that's the French way. However, I won't give you the lowest grading because your webpage is nice and you have a good selection of apartments. But to me honesty and transparency is the most important thing.

The contact with the agency is great. But I do consider that some apartments that arent available should not be displayed in the platform cause it crates confusion to us people that are looking for appartment.

There is a good range of apartments at a reasonable price. It is convenient to be able to arrange everything and sign the lease from my home country.

It was hard to contact them at the beginning but then It went all well. They know english pretty well, and some italian as well. Hence there's no problem in communicating with them.
