Everything was fine and helpful until they sent me the lease. Given the fact that the agency announces the rent with charges included, I did not expect any other charges to be added. The lease stated that I had to pay a fee for electricity and cleaning. This would have been nice to know beforehand. Still, very helpful and good service.

I had some trouble in thé beginning since the person that took my case left for vacation without leaving a notification and I had to insist the agency until they found my case and gave it to someone else, Klara, she has been amazing, kind and super helpful!

It was very difficult to communicate with the agency and receive information or answers to questions. The process of renting was harder than any other company I have used before.

I didn’t actually contact the agency. My daughter did it for me as she speaks French, but it seemed as if everything went smoothly.
